She’ll make sure there’s always food for us, no matter how late we get home, and she’ll always be the first to volunteer should we need any help. She will stay up all night when we are sick, making sure that we will b ‘A’ ok come morning. We might not see her all the time, but she’s always there, in the background, supporting us. She’s there when we are busy with work, chasing after life’s luxurious goods, mugging for year-end exams, or out chasing girls / courting boys. She’s a mum, and she’s the best thing in the world.
